The replacement valves were shipped immediately and arrived in a couple weeks via USPS. Easy order process, accurate and reasonably priced.
Valves are great, and matched exactly what was there. As in my other review, save your hardware. The bolts supplied were all the same length. The cable housing required longer bolts to attach. No problem using the old bolts though

Easy replacement, once the old one was removed. I reused the old flange, so direct boltup. Not too tight on the 4 screws and I was good to go. The cable actuator is smooth and sturdy. Well satisfied.
I was notified by email a couple of days after I made the order (21 Sept) that the part was in stock. I received the part on 30 Sept. My opinion is that etrailer’s service and shipping is very slow and I will hesitate to use etrailer in the future.
this valve would have fit fine if my current valve assembly was a valterra assembly but it isn't. the valve is totally useless to me
This is a great replacement for an old valve that was on my gray water tank that needed to be repaired. I replaced the valve a year ago and it's still working very well.
This was an exact replacement for a valve in our fifth wheel. It's a little tricky to get the union seal right but if you pay attention to it during reassembly it goes well. We just returned from a week on the road and the valve continues to perform flawlessly after one year in service.
The valve to our grey tank on our fifth wheel was not sealing off totally and therefore would slowly empty and the tank was drying out. etrailer delivered the item we needed quickly and we were able to install it without any trouble. Everything is working well now.
I ordered two(2) 120 inch pull cables and 11/2 inch and 3 inch gate valves. At first I could not find the 120 in cable on line so i called the company and the girl that answer ( i wish i had wrote down her name) was a great help. She directed me were to look and help with my order, She also said that I could download the catalog witch is a great help for future needs . My order showed up in 2-3 days. Parts were easy to install. Everything was done within a week i am very pleased with process and parts. Sorry i don't have pictures. Thank you etrailer
Item arrived a day earlier than scheduled. I had to cross reference to match the valve and Chris was very helpful. I sent him a picture of the old one to make sure everything matched. The new valve is the correct one and fits perfectly. The only complaint I have is now 2 of the four original screws are not long enough now.

Originally had Valterra valves. Ordered replacement Valterra valves they came with all necessary parts and hardware needed which made for an easy no hassle repair.

i HAVE not had the opportunity to use the trailer in the past year. I plan to move back into the trailer in two months. I hope the valves will still work
